Mechanical Engineer with 5-7 years of experience.
Excellent product knowledge on Siemens Industrial drives
Well versed in 3D Modelling & preparation of drawings using UG NX.
Experienced in New Product Development, Design Optimization and Design Upgrade.
Addressing Non-conformances of components with corrective actions.
Well versed in ASME Y14.5 1994 standards & GD & T.
Experience on Team center.
Preparation & maintenance of Bill of Materials
Comprehensive knowledge on manufacturing processes and supply chain principles of mechanical engineering.
Effective communication with good troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Good understanding of Siemens systems/processes.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :
ANSI/ASME Y 14.5M, CAD Modeling, Catia, GD&T and stack-up anaylsis, Geometric Dimensioning And Tolerancing (GD&T), Manufacturing Drawings, Mechanical Product Design, Product Definition, Sheetmetal, Sheet Metal Design, Siemens NX, Siemens NX Unigraphics, Siemens Teamcenter, Tolerance Stack Ups.
