How to establish an activity codes and values in Primavera P6?

You can define a set of codes to categorize the activities in your projects. You will be able to sort, filter, and group activities according to the activity codes and values you assign. Activity codes represent broad categories of information like design, quality control, or location. For every code, you will be able to outline specific values that further describe that category. For instance, if your organization has over one location, you will be able to create a Location code with values like Mumbai, Delhi, and Tamil Nadu. You will be able to associate activities with a particular location, such as Mumbai, and outline a vast range of values for every code.
