Problems within projects are called issues. It needs corrective action. Issues will be added manually to projects. Once making an issue, will assign a priority level, tracking layout and responsible manager.
ADDING ISSUES
STEP: - PROJECTS--->ISSUES
ISSUES NAVIGATOR
Select the issue whose details you would like to view, click the appropriate button to display the information you would like to view about the issue. For instance, click tracking to immediately display the Tracking window already open to the issue’s associated tracking layout. The associated tracking layout, activity, WBS, and/or resource for an issue are specified in the Project Issues window.
STEP:- TOOLS--->ISSUE NAVIGATOR
ASSIGNING TRACKING LAYOUTS
Assign a tracking layout to an issue to graphically display the information surrounding the issue.
STEP:- TOOLS--->ISSUES NAVIGATOR---> Select “ISSUE”. Click “General tab” ---> ASSIGN ISSUE
