Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS) may be a hierarchical arrangement of project management structure. OBS represents the managers liable for the projects in organization. OBS supports large projects that involve several project managers with different areas of responsibility. The OBS are often associated with an EPS or Project. The OBS usually reflects the management structure of the organization.

VIEWING AN OBS
You can view the OBS in two ways. these are 1. View as a table 2. View as a chart
Click "Display Option Bar"---->choose "Table view"
