Open the Catia V5 application. The assembly workbench is opened it is default. Close the assembly workbench and Go to START--->MECHANICAL DESIGN---->SKETCHER, Now enter the part name what you want and click the enable hybrid design checkbox and ok.
Select YZ plane and click sketch tool.
Draw as shown in fig by using profile tool and circle tool from the profile toolbar and use quick trim to remove/trim the unwanted portion in circle.
Now constraint this using constrain tool and click edit multi constrain tool to enter the actual dimensions given in the drawing. Enter the actual dimensions in the current value in the edit multi constraint dialog box.
Pick line tool from the line toolbar, draw line as shown in fig and constrain this.
