Open the Catia V5 application. The assembly workbench is opened it is default. Close the assembly workbench and Go to START--->MECHANICAL DESIGN---->SKETCHER, Now enter the part name what you want and click the enable hybrid design checkbox and ok.
Select YZ plane and click sketch tool.
This drawing is symmetry about Y axis, so draw half portion and mirrors it remaining.
Select profile tool from profile toolbar and draw as shown in fig.
Then click three point arc tool, the first point will be a end point of the last line and other two points click anywhere. draw as shown in fig
Now, select the sketched element, then click mirror tool and select vertical direction (Y-Axis). After mirror drawing as shown in fig.
Draw two circles with the dimension of 2mm radium and 2mm diameter and constraint this.
Draw axis line at center point of the circle and click quick trim tool from the operation toolbar and select the portion to trim. The final drawing as shown in fig.
To save the drawing file, Go to FILE----->SAVA AS----->ENTER FILE NAME --->CLICK “SAVE OR OK”.
