Open the Catia V5 application. The assembly workbench is opened it is default. Close the assembly workbench and Go to START--->MECHANICAL DESIGN---->SKETCHER, Now enter the part name what you want and click the enable hybrid design checkbox and ok.
Select YZ plane and click sketch tool.
This drawing is symmetry about Y axis, so draw half portion and mirrors it remaining.
Pick profile tool from profile toolbar and draw as shown in fig. and constraint this using constrain tool.
Now click multi constraint tool to enter the dimensions given in the drawing. Enter the actual dimension in current value and click ok.
Then select the sketched element and click mirror tool from operation toolbar and click vertical direction (Y-Axis).
Draw the circle (Radius-60mm) using circle tool from profile toolbar. Pick axis tool and draw the line in center point of the circle then click quick trim tool to remove the unwanted portion of the circle.
To save the drawing file, Go to FILE----->SAVA AS----->ENTER FILE NAME --->CLICK “SAVE OR OK”.
